Alliance Magnesium to nominate its CFO
BROSSARD, QUEBEC, CANADA – JANUARY 19, 2016. Alliance Magnesium Inc. (“Alliance” or the “Company”) has announced today the nomination of Eric Normand as Vice President Finance and Information Technology.
Mr. Normand brings 25 years of experience in corporate finance and information technology acquired through a cross section of industries including manufacturing, mining and oil & gas sectors. During his career, he has led numerous projects including the start-up of business units, acquisitions and organisational transformations in Canada and abroad. During his tenure at Bombardier Transportation, he held many positions in financial management and technology and led numerous initiatives during the period of exponential growth of the 90’s to the beginning of the 2000’s. He occupied the function of Director of finance and administration at CIBC Global Asset Management. More recently, during his 7 years as Director of Professional Services for Performance Analytics Corporation, Mr. Normand oversaw the deployment and supervised the growth of the corporate performance management practice.
