ALLIANCE MAGNESIUM TO CLOSES A $5,700,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Brossard – June 22 2016. ALLIANCE MAGNESIUM INC. (AMI) is pleased to announce an agreement dated June 17, 2106 with Alternative Capital Group Inc. (ACG) for the subscription by way of a private placement of 38 million units of AMI at a price of $0.15 per unit, for a total amount of $5.7 million. Each unit consists of one Class “A” share and one warrant. Each warrant entitles to subscribe to one Class ”A” share of AMI at a price of $0.25 for a four year period from the closing date.
