DANVILLE, QUEBEC, CANADA, April 20, 2020 – Alliance Magnesium Inc. is proud to announce the nomination of Patsie Ducharme, CPA, CGA, as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Ms. Ducharme has more than 27 years of experience as a chartered professional accountant, primarily in the manufacturing sectors of pulp and paper, forestry, packaging and more recently in the mining sectors. She has held positions as Chief Financial Officer for the past 14 years in public and private companies. Througout her career, she has leveraged her business mindset, manufacturing experience and played a leading role in financing, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Ducharme was actively and successfully involved in the development and execution of strategic plans that included many major construction projects and significant capital expenditures.
