Alliance Magnesium is the birth of a company of valuation and innovation in the fight against climate change. It is, by the same to the fact, the story of entrepreneurs who persevered despite the obstables. When the cause supports the will, hope remains present.
Alliance Magnesium is the first company to interest Magnola Metallurgy and Magnola Mines in what it represents. Indeed, the founders saw it as a project to combat climate change, infrastructure already in place and maintained, an exceptional site and waste in large quantities to be transformed into value-added metal. Initially tenant of the site for a few years, Alliance Magnesium is now the owner.
Recognition of the environmental, technological innovation, economic potential, safety and health of workers and management competency of executives contributed to the development of the financial model and the signing of important financial partnerships.
Since then, Alliance Magnesium has consistently proven to governments, the financial community, the public, shareholders and its workers the environmental, economic and social potential of its activities. Alliance Magnesium has obtained all the necessary certifications and approvals, contributed to the due diligence of government backs, four institutional financial groups and numerous strategic partners and shareholders.
Nothing is left to chance: the transformation of an environmental and mining liability into a value-added economic asset is done at Alliance Magnesium with the utmost respect for health, safety and the environment, in addition to participating in the influence of the technological knowledge of Quebec engineering internationally.
