Asbestos, December 9, 2020 – Alliance Magnesium begins the hiring process for plant job positions. Supported by Raymond Chabot Ressources Humaines de Sherbrooke (RCRH), Alliance Magnesium is currently posting on its website, available positions for Casting center Supervisors and Operators, Electromechanics, Health, Safety and Environment Technician, Laboratory Technician and Electrical-instrumentation-automation Technician.
In the last few months, the Alliance Magnesium team has focused on the construction of the plant as well as the hiring of new employees, mainly in the Administrative sectors. With the smelting operations scheduled to begin the pouring of the magnesium in the first quarter of 2021, the team must now expand in the Operations sectors.
Consequently, two Casting center Supervisors, sixteen Operators, four Electromechanics, one Health, Safety and Environment Technician, one Laboratory Technician and one Electrical-instrumentation-automation Technician will join the team in February and March. A webinar will be held on Wednesday December 16th in the morning in collaboration with ADN emploi and Carrefour jeunesse-emploi Richmond-Drummond-Bois-Francs. This webinar will allow job seekers to ask questions regarding the posted job positions and the hiring process. The time and registration information will soon be announced via Alliance Magnesium’s and the two partners’ Facebook platforms.
